Shape up with simple exercises!

Are you one of those ladies who groans whenever she sees girls with slim legs, arms and waist? Be in it in real life or constantly seeing girls who just able to get it going, no matter what they do... seriously irks me.

First of all, I know chicks who eat more than I do, and their shape seems flawless! Then there are those who seems to be able to keep their shape so effortlessly! I mean, surely something I can do to help myself?

Then I came upon this video. Here, this 2 girls provide simple exercises to help firm your bust, shape the legs and arms, as well as keeping fats at bay from the waist. It's interesting, and it's easier to follow than those directions from magazines. Even if you can't understand Chinese, based on their gestures and all, you will get it. 

As simple as their exercises are, I am sore from top to toe in just 1 days. Good luck!
