Shape up with simple exercises!

Are you one of those ladies who groans whenever she sees girls with slim legs, arms and waist? Be in it in real life or constantly seeing girls who just able to get it going, no matter what they do... seriously irks me.

First of all, I know chicks who eat more than I do, and their shape seems flawless! Then there are those who seems to be able to keep their shape so effortlessly! I mean, surely something I can do to help myself?

Then I came upon this video. Here, this 2 girls provide simple exercises to help firm your bust, shape the legs and arms, as well as keeping fats at bay from the waist. It's interesting, and it's easier to follow than those directions from magazines. Even if you can't understand Chinese, based on their gestures and all, you will get it. 

As simple as their exercises are, I am sore from top to toe in just 1 days. Good luck!

Only original goods from MFT

Been getting some questions on whether the items sold on MFT are original. Hereby, we would like to clarify that all items sold are original. They comes with its original packaging and tags still in tact.

Only branded goods such as Coach, Burbery comes with care cards - however other such as Zara, Mango will not be provided with care cards as even within their own boutique, such are not provided.

All our goods comes directly from the brands' origin factory itself. As Chanel is only a make-up pouch, no care card are provided. After all, there isn't much point to make a fake make-up pouch.

Happy International Women's Day!

Happy Women's Day peeps :) A day to celebrate our very existence.

In celebration and to follow-in the footsteps of USA in designating the whole month of March as "Women's History Month", My Fashion Turf will follow-suit. Though what we are doing are much more little compare to what all these great women has done.
